TEHRAN – Hashem Eskandari was elected as president of the Bowling and Billiard Federation of Iran (BBFIR) on Wednesday.

He was elected for a four-year term till 2028.

In the elections held at Iran’s Academy Olympic in Tehran, Eskandari secured 38 of 46 votes cast.

Kambiz Sanati came second with seven votes and Mohammadhossein Vaghefzadeh collected just one.

Eskandari will run the federation for the fourth time.
